Taskido Today screen: a greeting, tasks closed today, today's money flow, and the tasks due today.
Why one app

Two ledgers. One quiet home screen.

Most people juggle a to-do app and a money app that never talk to each other. Taskido puts both on one Today screen — so the day you plan and the day you spend are finally the same view.

Tasks

Stay on the hook.

Lists, priorities, due times, reminders and repeats. When something slips, one tap moves it back to today or nudges it to tomorrow — no guilt spiral, just back on track.

Money

See where it went.

Log an expense or income in seconds. A calendar heat-grid shows your heavy days at a glance, and a ranked breakdown shows exactly which category ate your month.

What's inside

Small tools that count.

Everything here earns its place. No clutter, no dashboards you'll never open — just the handful of things that keep a day and a budget honest.

Reminders that repeat

Daily, weekdays, weekly or monthly — with alerts a day or two ahead when it matters.

Overdue rescue

A slipped task isn't a dead task. One tap moves it to today, or postpones it to tomorrow.

Calendar heat-grid

See spending intensity across the month. Tap any day to filter it down.

Category breakdown

Where the month actually went, ranked — with a swipe to delete any entry.

Tally streaks

Marks tick up as you close tasks. Small, quiet, oddly motivating.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Is Taskido free?

Yes. Your first seven days are completely ad-free; after that, free accounts see ads in a single designated slot — never mixed into your tasks or transactions. An optional Premium removes ads for a small yearly fee.

Where is my data stored?

On your device, and only your device. Nothing is uploaded to a server by default. You can back everything up — or move to a new phone — with a one-tap JSON export and import.

Which phones does it run on?

iOS and Android — both coming soon to the stores. There's also a web version you can open in any browser today and even add to your home screen.

What currencies are supported?

Indian rupee, US dollar, euro, British pound and Japanese yen — with sensible number formatting for each.
