Delete your account

You can delete your Taskido account, and everything stored with it, from inside the app. It takes a few seconds and needs no request to us.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open Taskido
- Go to Settings
- Find your account at the top of the screen
- Tap Delete account and confirm
The account and any cloud backup are removed immediately. If you have been signed in for a while, you may be asked to sign in again first — that is a security check, not an extra step you can skip.
What is deleted, and what is not

| Purchase records | Subscription and payment history is held by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, not by us. We never receive your card details. |
To remove the data on your phone as well, use Settings → Import & export → Delete all data, or simply uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes everything Taskido has stored on that device.
If you cannot open the app
Lost the phone, or already uninstalled? Email us and we will delete the account for you.

Send it from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request". We use the address it was sent from to verify the request — we cannot delete an account on the word of someone who cannot prove they own it.
We action requests within 30 days, and in practice much sooner. You will get a confirmation once it is done.
Retention
Nothing is kept on a delay. The account record and the backup document are deleted at the moment you confirm, not queued for later removal. We keep no separate copies, no archives and no analytics profile — Taskido has no analytics or advertising SDK of any kind.
If you only want to stop backing up
You do not have to delete your account to stop data leaving your phone. In Settings, turn cloud backup off and nothing further is uploaded, or sign out and keep using Taskido exactly as before. Everything on the device stays put either way.
